In layman's terms, CSS offers many website design advantages.

• It loads quicker because it removes the style and layout from the HTML code, making the HTML page size smaller, which reduces bandwidth requirements.
  
  
• It improves Search Engine Optimization because the important content search engines look for can be moved to the start of source code, and search engines give more weight to the content in the start of the code. In other design methods, content from the navigation bar shows up first. In CSS, it can be moved to the bottom. Since the content in the navigation bar of real estate websites is often generic and rarely unique, having it first in the source code does not help a real estate website's Search Engine Optimization.
  
  
• CSS also provides a unique benefit to people with disabilities. It can be read by screen readers, allowing people that are blind or partially sighted to interpret a Web page-something no other design format permits.
