Delta Media Group began in 1994 in Portland, Oregon as Delta Group, Inc. In August of 2000, Mike Minard (president) & Jonathan Blood (Vice-President) along with two industry experts, Jim Bray and Ernie Blood, acquired the company and moved all assets and services to Barberton, OH.

Through the first few years after the acquisition, the DMG team under the leadership of Minard was able to take the original philosophy of the Delta Door and Property Pursuit system and move it to a scalable and stable platform to better serve the needs of their clients.

In November 2006, Delta Media Group released PropertyPursuit.com, the nation's largest independent property search engine. With over 2.8 million real estate listings, PropertyPursuit.com serves as a customer-friendly search engine to find most real estate listings across the nation. Customer leads are filtered into the online lead management system of Delta Media Group's local customer.
