PHP / MySQL Programmer - Entry Level
Applicant needs to have full working knowledge of PHP5 and MySQL 5.x. Must be able to work in a team environment and must possess good verbal and written communication skills. Prior team work environments and Zend Studio/Neon experience is not required.

Web Coder - Senior Level
Applicant must be an expert in current HTML, CSS and SEO. Must work well with other design team members and programmers. Applicant will work within a team of designers.

Sales / Account Representatives
Despite current market conditions, Delta is growing faster then ever and is expanding its sales team! Be a part of something big and challenging. Delta Sales Representatives rub shoulders and talk with the largest real estate brokers in the country.
Responsibilities include cold-calling real estate brokerages, presenting the Delta product to Real Estate Brokers and Agents in person and online through web seminars and handling the sales cycle from the prospect phase to the signing of the contract. Responsibilities also include attending industry conferences around the country. Previous sales experience and industry knowledge are both preferred but not required. Delta provides all system training and sales training and coaching.
