Description

Delta Media Group is seeking individuals to fill job openings in the Customer Service Department. Ideal candidates are people working towards a degree or job in the high-tech industry such as web programming, graphics design, systems administration, etc.

Requirements

Candidates must have excellent computer skills including: Word Processing; Typing; General knowledge of the Internet; Internet Explorer 7 and up; Spread Sheet Applications such as Excel. Candidates must also have very good written and oral communication skills and work well in a fast paced dot-com team environment with a constantly evolving platform.

Tasks

Daily tasks may include: Answering client phone calls; Placing client phone calls; Responding to email support tickets; Trouble shooting web based systems using custom tools and general internet knowledge; Document web based platform changes; etc.

Type

Full time and part time positions available.
