Delta Media Group Announces JumpStart Training Program

In this role, Lester will lead the JumpStart program by spearheading efforts to inform and educate Delta Media Group clients, enabling them to update and transition their traditional real estate sales and marketing skills to compete in today's Internet marketplace. The JumpStart program delivers on-site training in seminar and hands-on classroom environments tailored to the brokerage.

Prior to joining Delta Media Group, Lester served as e-Business Manager for a national franchise affiliate. He also has a background in e-Commerce and Strategic Alliances at IBM, and holds a current broker license.
